In-house marketing teams shipping content faster than their tooling can keep up with
Automation & AI Workflows
Most agencies hire when they need to scale. We build the system that means you don't have to.
Read onWhat we mean by automation & ai workflows
Brands now ship more content, in more languages, into more channels, at more frequencies than the traditional agency model was built for. The default response is to hire. More producers, more editors, more account managers, more coordination calls. The cost compounds quarter on quarter. The quality usually doesn't.
We build the production automation layer instead. Briefing systems, content pipelines, asset management, version control, AI-assisted post, and approval workflows wired together. A small team operates at the scale of a much bigger one. Same taste, fraction of the headcount, no manager-of-managers theatre.
Everything ships under one fixed-price proposal
- 01 Workflow audit: where your team is bottlenecked and what should be automated
- 02 Content pipeline build (Notion, Airtable, Frame.io, n8n, custom — fits your stack)
- 03 AI-assisted post-production routines for cutdowns, captions, localisation
- 04 Asset management: tagged, searchable, version-controlled, single source of truth
- 05 Approval workflows that don't break when stakeholders are on holiday
- 06 Integrations: CRM, social schedulers, analytics, project management, finance
- 07 Documentation and team training so the system survives staff turnover
- 08 90-day support window after go-live to fix, refine, and harden
Best fit if you're one of these
Agencies and studios scaling past 10–20 people who need operational backbone
Founder-led brands replacing headcount with systems before the next funding round
E-commerce and hospitality operators with content needs across many SKUs or properties
Three phases, no surprises
-
01
Audit & design
Two weeks. We map every handoff, every bottleneck, every place a human is doing what software should. Output is an architecture document with the proposed system, costs, and a phased rollout plan.
-
02
Build
Four to eight weeks depending on complexity. We build the system, integrate with your existing tools, migrate active projects over without breaking the pipeline, and run it in parallel until your team is ready to switch.
-
03
Train & support
Two weeks of training across your team, then a 90-day support window. We fix what breaks, refine what's clunky, and leave behind documentation that lets the system survive without us.
Project-based. Transparent. No hidden line items
A workflow build is AED 60 to 150K depending on system complexity and integration count. Ongoing optimisation retainers start at AED 12K a month for teams that want us to keep refining the system as they scale. After the first call we send a fixed-price proposal. That number doesn't move once you have it.
Common questions before we start
Do you write custom code?
Sometimes. We default to no-code and low-code platforms (Notion, Airtable, Make, Zapier, n8n) because they're cheaper to maintain. If a custom integration is genuinely cheaper long-term we build it — and we document it so your team can maintain it after we leave.
What if our stack isn't standard?
We've integrated with most major platforms. If something is genuinely exotic we'll tell you on the first call. We don't take engagements where we'd be learning the platform on your time.
How long until we feel the impact?
Most bottlenecks clear in the first month after go-live. The compounding effect — fewer fire drills, faster turnarounds, less manager time on coordination — shows up at month two or three. Anyone promising faster either has a smaller test footprint or is overstating certainty.
Send us the brief
Most agencies will reply with a deck. Inside one business day we'll send you a treatment, suggested dates, and a fixed price. If we don't think we're the right fit we'll say that instead. You'll know after the first call whether you want us on this or not.
