Most performance agencies send you a screenshot of the dashboard every Friday morning. The chart usually goes up. New acronyms appear. Nobody asks the question that actually matters, which is whether the campaign is paying back the budget. Then one quarter the answer is no, and the call is hostile.

Sometimes offline conversions if the funnel runs through a sales centre. Creative rotates every fortnight. There's a weekly call where we go through what's working and what we're killing. Week one: account audit and tracking review. We surface what's broken and rebuild the conversion infrastructure where it matters.

Weeks two to six: aggressive testing across audiences, creative, hooks, and placements. Most accounts need three to five cycles to find the combinations that work.

Month two onwards: scale the winners, kill the losers, rotate fresh creative every fortnight. Weekly review call. Monthly written reporting.
Project-based. Transparent. No hidden line items
Our management fee is AED 15 to 30K a month, flat. Ad spend goes straight to the platforms. It never passes through us. We need a three-month minimum because the testing phase needs that long to land. We don't take a percentage of spend. That creates the wrong incentive.
Common questions before we start
What's the minimum spend?
We don't take on accounts spending under AED 15K a month. Below that there isn't enough signal in the data to optimise meaningfully. Above AED 50K a month is where the work pays back fastest.
Do you charge a percentage of spend?
No. Flat monthly management fee. Percentage-of-spend pricing creates the wrong incentives (more spend doesn't mean better results). Our fee is independent of how much you spend.
How fast will I see results?
Conversion tracking and first lead at week two or three. Statistically meaningful comparison vs your prior performance at week six to eight. Real scaling at month three onwards. Anyone promising faster either has a much smaller test footprint or is overstating the certainty.
