Most agencies in Dubai sell 'social management' as four polished posts a month and a content calendar. The math doesn't work. Algorithms reward volume and consistency, and four posts a month is neither volume nor consistency.
We embed as a production team. One or two shoot days a month, batched. Twelve to thirty pieces of edited content the following week. Captions in your voice, scheduled to your channels if you want, or handed back to your in-house team. We don't take this on for businesses where there isn't actually something happening week to week. If that's you, hire a designer instead.

Calendar & ICP brief
Month one opens with a ninety-minute planning session. We work out content pillars, voice, audience pain points, and the calendar for the first eight weeks.

Shoot & edit
One or two shoot days per month, batched. Our editor turns the rushes into twelve to thirty pieces over the following week.

Publish & measure
We schedule and publish to your channels, or hand off to your in-house team. Monthly review: what won, what to ship more of, what to drop.
Pricing
Project-based. Transparent. No hidden line items
Three tiers. Starter is twelve pieces a month at AED 18K. Growth is twenty-four pieces a month at AED 30K. Always-on (thirty or more, plus community management) is custom. Three-month minimum either way. The first month tends to be figuring out what works.
FAQ
Common questions before we start
Do you write the captions?
Yes. Every post comes captioned in your voice, with hashtag research, alt text where it helps, and a CTA where it makes sense. You can review before publishing or trust us to ship.
Will you respond to DMs and comments?
Not by default. Community management is a separate add-on. The best community managers are people who care about the brand voice as much as you do. We can recommend trusted freelancers we've worked with.
Can you do this on a one-month trial?
No. Social content is a compounding investment. The first month is mostly figuring out what works. We need a three-month minimum to measure and improve.
