Meet the Team

A small studio. Two founders who own the work end-to-end. We share the same standard for what ships under our name, and the studio has stayed small enough that we still see every cut before it leaves the building.

Founder & Creative Director

Music producer turned creative strategist.

After more than a decade across European studios, label rooms, and commercial campaigns, he now leads CC Agency from Dubai — building cinematic brand systems for founders, luxury developments, and modern companies competing for attention.

He reads a brief the way a producer reads a song: listening for what holds it together, where it breaks, and what people will actually remember. The same instinct that decides whether a chorus lands or doesn't is the one that decides whether a brand film gets screenshotted or scrolled past.

On every project he's the one running the room — not delegating the brief to a junior and re-appearing for the deck. Treatment, casting, edit, colour: he sees every cut before it leaves. The studio is small on purpose so this is possible.

Outside CC Agency he is Managing Director of FINATECH Capital, an investment firm. The commercial side of his thinking comes from there — the kind of cost discipline most creative people resist and most founders need.

Oxford Brookes alumnus.

Creative instinct. Commercial discipline. Modern perception.

Director of Sales & Marketing

Marketing strategist and connector with nearly a decade running sales and marketing for high-converting brands across the UK. Built her career on full-funnel work for founder-led businesses, the kind where every lead has to convert and every retainer has to renew.

At CC Agency she runs the commercial side end-to-end. First conversation, brief shaping, proposal, the relationship through delivery. Her specialism is the unglamorous half of agency work: keeping client momentum, catching scope creep before it's a problem, and making sure the work that ships is the work that was sold.

“Closing the deal is the start. The actual work is what happens after. If a client feels heard and supported, business follows. My job at CC Agency is to be the connector. I guide clients through Dubai with care and the local knowledge to make sure the right doors open at the right time.”

Head of AI & Automation

Marketing technologist focused on AI, CRM, and marketing automation.

At CC Agency he owns the AI and automation stack — model pipelines for content, CRM workflows that move leads from first touch through proposal and delivery, and the internal websites and SaaS tools the studio runs on. The kind of plumbing most agencies bill as a separate retainer; here it's how the studio operates.

Treats marketing tools the way a producer treats a session: build the room once, then let everything else run through it. Less coordination tax, more shipped work.

A studio, not a holding company

CC Agency is intentionally small. The two founders are on every project, doing the work. Not pitching it and handing off.

When a project needs a bigger crew (three-camera shoots, multi-location campaigns, paid-media ops) we bring in trusted Dubai and MENA freelancers we've worked with for years. You meet them. They report to us. The work still goes through the same review before it ships.

We don't pitch speculative work. We don't take on retainers we can't fully staff. And we don't hand the relationship to an account manager the moment the contract is signed. If that's the agency model you're used to, we won't feel like one.
